Mr. Roshan Rajitha Sallpage is a highly experienced academic and management professional with 22+ years of leadership in higher education, human resource management, labour law, psychological counselling, finance, and public administration.

He holds an MSc in International Business Management (University of Salford, UK), a Master’s in Public Administration & Management and Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Relations & HRM (University of Colombo), a Bachelor of Law (LLB)- (OUSL), and a BSc in Business Administration (University of Sri Jayewardenepura).

Mr. Roshan has contributed extensively as a lecturer and resource person in HRM, labour law, and management subjects across Sri Lankan national universities and professional institutions. His core expertise includes curriculum development, academic quality assurance, faculty mentoring, and student success.

As Chairman, he provides visionary leadership and is directly responsible for academic quality management, ensuring Global Vision Campus maintains international academic standards.
