Mrs. Madushi Jayamali Kosgoda is an experienced education and development professional with over 15 years of expertise in project administration, training coordination, women’s empowerment, and community development. She has worked with respected organizations including WEEFFECT, the National Cooperative Council of Sri Lanka, UNICEF-supported initiatives, and the Cooperative Tourism Promotion Bureau.

With professional knowledge in leadership, organizational management, communication, and program development, supported by studies in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Financial Management, and Cooperative Management, she is committed to creating a modern and inclusive learning environment through practical, future-focused education and skills development at Global Vision Campus.
